Grant AuthorBytes access to your MailerLite account
Overview
AuthorBytes has a MailerLite account that is used for agency access so we can securely access your MailerLite account without having to share your account username and password or coordinate login sessions with two factor authentication.
What does this enable AuthorBytes to do?
Granting AuthorBytes agency access to your MailerLite account will allow us to assist you with:
- Setting up domain authentication (DKIM & SPF)
- Linking your MailerLite account to your AuthorBytes WordPress site subscription form to automatically import subscribers to your MailerLite subscribers list.
- Create API keys to provision services such as AuthorBytes Lead Capture Tools.
How do I grant access to my MailerLite Account?
Simply log in to your MailerLite account and follow the steps below.
1. In the sidebar, click Settings followed by Users.
2. Click Add new user.
3. In the Email address field, enter connect@authorbytes.com (you may want to copy and paste this for accuracy.
4. You can leave the "Require to change password every 60 days." unchecked as AuthorBytes already rotates our passwords and has two factor authentication configured on our agency account.
5. Select the User type. Be sure to select Administrator. (This is required to request API keys and perform list maintenance.)
6. Click Invite user to join.
Once you have completed the steps above, AuthorBytes will be displayed under Pending invitations. A member of our team will manually accept the invite and the process will be complete.
